N.B: The guide is identical for any fritzbox, in particular if your fritzbox already has your operator's VoIP configuration, the steps to follow are 2-3-4 (For those who want to, just change the URL to your fritzbox model to get the guide in your manual)
2) Configure the Cisco SPA303:

Menu "Phone":
Line Key 1 - Extension:
1 (assigns the first line [Ext1] to the top button on the phone)
Line Key 1 - Short Name:
Name displayed next to the light button
(optional, otherwise there is the Fritzbox login name [$USER])
All other parameters can be left at the default settings.
N.B: The line key settings at the end are the three illuminated keys for the telephone lines, 3 line keys, you can disable them from the drop-down menu "Extension:" put disabled, otherwise the small numbers 1,2,3 indicate the telephone line configured in ext1,2,3 and therefore a link is created between the chosen line and the key, by disabling it the key light will go out
